Check-in time: From 1:00 PM. Check-out time: Until 12:00 PM. Therefore, please note that our in-person reception hours are: Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Saturday: 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Sunday: 12:01 AM to 12:00 PM. During in-person reception hours, check-in takes place at the hotel reception desk. Outside of these hours, check-in is automatic. To check in, please call +34 969 872 046 when you arrive at the hotel, and we will provide you with the access codes. Then, they will have a hotel access control, so they can come and go as they please.
