The Isabella is in the centre of Corso Umberto, Taormina's main shopping street, 200 metres from the Greek Amphitheatre. All rooms offer air conditioning from June to September and elegant parquet floors. Hotel Isabella's rooms come with a private bathroom, a minibar and views of the surrounding rooftops, Corso Umberto shopping street or the Ionian Sea. The breakfast room features remains of the city's ancient Roman walls. In the summer and weather permitting, breakfast is served on the roof terrace, which overlooks the nearby ancient theatre and overlooks the sea. The hotel provides a shuttle service to/from Caparena Beach, 3 km away. Guests also enjoy a discount at wellness facilities in nearby sister hotels. The shuttle service to and from Lido Caparena is subject to a fee and operates on a fixed schedule; reservations can be made at the Hotel Isabella reception. Beach access is complimentary for guests of Hotel Isabella; one umbrella and two deckchairs are provided per room, available from the second row onwards, while the first row is subject to an additional charge.
