How does Brekko work?
Search for a property, choose a time slot and send a request with no upfront charge. Contacted properties can confirm availability and propose a rate: the booking is confirmed only when you accept an offer. You pay directly at the property on arrival.
What hours can I choose?
Check-in from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. Check-out from 10:00 am to 11:00 pm. Minimum stay is 3 hours.
How much does it cost?
Prices shown by Brekko are estimates. Each property sets the total rate for the requested time slot, and you can accept or reject it before the booking is confirmed. Brekko does not add service fees.
Do I need to pay upfront?
No. No upfront charge, no credit card required. You pay directly at reception when you check in.
How do I cancel a request or booking?
You can withdraw the request from the summary email. If you have already accepted a rate, the cancellation terms communicated for that booking apply; unless the property states otherwise, cancellation is free up to 1 hour before check-in.
When do I receive confirmation?
Right after submitting, you receive an email with the request code and summary. When a property proposes a rate, we notify you: booking confirmation is sent only after you accept the offer you choose.
