How does Brekko work?
Search for a property, choose a time slot and send a request with no upfront charge. Contacted properties can confirm availability and propose a rate: the booking is confirmed only when you accept an offer. You pay directly at the property on arrival.
What hours can I choose?
Check-in from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. Check-out from 10:00 am to 11:00 pm. Minimum stay is 3 hours.
How much does it cost?
Prices shown by Brekko are estimates. Each property sets the total rate for the requested time slot, and you can accept or reject it before the booking is confirmed. Brekko does not add service fees.
Do I need to pay upfront?
No. Offers on Brekko are payable on arrival at the property, with no advance payment, deposit or card guarantee. If you receive a different request, contact Brekko support before proceeding.
How do I cancel a request or booking?
Open your request page from the link in the summary email. It shows the online cancellation action and deadline in the property’s local time, including after you have accepted an offer. After the deadline, contact Brekko support. Asking for help does not automatically cancel the booking.
When do I receive confirmation?
Right after submitting, you receive an email with the request code and summary. When a property proposes a rate, we notify you: booking confirmation is sent only after you accept the offer you choose.
