Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• “Brekko”, “we”: the operator of the platform.
• “User”, “you”: anyone using the site to search for or request a day-use.
• “Property”: the hotel or accommodation that provides the daytime stay.
• “Booking request”: the request sent via Brekko, which the Property confirms.

2. Brekko’s role

Brekko is a technology intermediary: it connects Users and Properties for daytime stays. Brekko is not the hotelier and does not directly provide the hospitality service.

Information about Properties (rooms, prices, photos) comes from publicly available sources, is indicative and may not be updated in real time. Final price and availability are confirmed by the Property.

3. How booking works

You send a Booking request specifying date, time slot, number of guests and your contact details. Brekko forwards the request to the selected Property.

The contract for the stay is formed directly between you and the Property upon confirmation. Brekko does not guarantee availability until the Property confirms.

4. Prices and payment

Displayed prices are indicative. Payment is made directly at the Property upon check-in: Brekko does not collect any amount from the User and applies no additional service fees.

5. Hours, duration and cancellation

Day-use allows check-in from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm, check-out from 10:00 am to 11:00 pm and a minimum stay of 3 hours; actual hours depend on the Property. Unless otherwise stated by the Property, cancellation is free up to 1 hour before check-in.

6. User obligations

• Provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information.
• Show up within the requested time slot and comply with the Property’s rules.
• Use the site lawfully, without harming Brekko or third parties.

7. Limitation of liability

Brekko is not responsible for the quality, availability or performance of the Property’s service, nor for any inaccuracies in data from third-party sources. To the extent permitted by law, Brekko is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or service.

8. Intellectual property

The Brekko trademark, the site and its content are protected. They may not be reproduced or used without authorisation.

9. Changes and governing law

Brekko may update the service and these Terms; changes apply when published on this page. These Terms are governed by Italian law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction available under the law of your country of residence, including the United Kingdom.
